The Production Process
Design
It is possible to design our year planners utilising any imagery or an entirely original design in full or single colours. Proofs of the design are sent to the client for approval or amendment, and once the proofs have been signed off, production moves to its next stage. It is common for us to integrate event dates from our clients' own calendar into the planner. These dates must be supplied to us along with any other relevant artwork. Printing and finishing
All wall planners are litho printed onto 150gsm cartridge paper using four colour process printing. All calendars are then laminated with a gloss OPP laminate on one side, which achieves a write-on /wipe-off surface ideal for our planner pens. After being laminated they are trimmed to size and are ready for delivery.
Lead times
The production of Tinstar Year Planners is a multi-stage process, which is why it is always advisable to place orders in plenty of time. As a rule we ask clients to allow a maximum of 28 working days from the approval of proofs to delivery. In addition, it would be advisable to allow at least five working days for the design of the planner to be completed and approved.
